The Gothic Luxe Wedding Fair was held last month at the Merchant Adventurers’ Hall and it has left an indelible mark on all of us, both visitors and vendors alike. A celebration of love wrapped in a dark and untraditional atmosphere. The success of this show has left us buzzing with excitement and we couldn’t let the excitement fade without sharing more of the event with you. A mesmeric atmosphere

Set in the enchanting Merchant Adventurers’ Hall that comes straight from a gothic fairytale, the backdrop adding an extra level to the dramatic decor and incredible displays and offerings of the amazing wedding suppliers. This ethereal setting, nestled quietly between in the cobbled streets of York, provided the perfect ambience for exploring the latest in dark and alternative wedding trends.

The feedback has been overwhelming and heartwarming to say the least, as both visitors and vendors shared how incredible the show was. Attendees enamoured with the creativity of all the suppliers, were blown away with the possibilities and thankful of the friendly, inviting and inspiring atmosphere unlike any other show they’d been to. Vendors equally enamoured to be connected with couples that LOVE their interpretation of alternative and excited to hear about amazing and authentic weddings.

Thrilled by the success of the fair, we swiftly transitioned into peak alternative wedding season.
